We mainly speak English with here and there some Dutch, Spanish and trying some Portugese!

We welcome all levels, so don’t worry about your current level. The only way we go is forward! Stronger every week! 

Short answer: no! Only if you have a classes membership or when you follow personal training – you are welcome in our open gym.

Yes we are! Though we have our own private life too, so we are not there 24/7. Yet we work with appointments, so we can probably work something out! 

You will love and sometimes hate it at the same time. Just come and try it!

We are really fully booked, but as a lot of people still work from home we really do our best to make it work!
